W3 ->62.7kg!!

This morning,I get from bed terus timbang..guess what...I berjaya pecah rekod 63...sekarang dah 62.7kg!!

Breakfast- Shake
Lunch,11.45 am - 1 senduk nasi+ikan keli+1 begedil+sayur mayur
Dinner,7pm -
