W2 Tuesday

Breakfast,8am - Shake(F1 officially abes)
Lunch,12pm - 1 senduk nasi + ikan keli bakar + sayur2
Dinner - mula-mula ingat nak minum plain water je banyak,xmo amik shake(konon nak jimat F1 la),end up perut rasa lapar macam nak makan,last2 I makan kokocrunch,secebis roti jagung minum air banyak2(nyesal x amik shake).

** kesimpulan kat sini jangan malas nak buat shake please!
