Breakfast,8.30 am:
Strawberry Shake
Lunch,12pm: Macaroni Blackpepper + island sos(quite alot..huhu)+ plain water
2pm:3 kopok lekor+2 goreng pisang+teamix
Dinner,8pm:Plain water+1 limau mandarin+half roti wholegrain

**NO WORKOUT
